Frequently Asked Questions is a list of the top ten most asked questions about website production, hosting and maintenance. All prices are in CI dollars and are subject to change.

1. Where do I start?
The first thing you might do is look through the eCayman website to familiarize yourself with who we are, what we do and how we can help you. Then, take a look at our Portfolio pages to see if there is a particular style that you prefer. Then contact eCayman by phone, fax or email to begin the process of talking about your project's specific requirements.

2. How long does it take?
This will depend on many things, but especially upon the complexity of the website and how many changes you require as work progresses. Time estimates will be provided after specific details of your website are discussed and understood. For small websites under five or six pages each page can, on average, take a day to create.

3. How much does it cost to develop a website?
We charge $80 per hour for most design work, and we have found that websites usually work out to anywhere from $100 - $200 per page depending upon their complexity (includes consultation, research, design, copy editing and optimization, production, logo optimization, and quality assurance testing—all the basics!) Or we can work within your budget!

4. Where will my website be hosted? How much does hosting cost?
Most of our current websites are hosted in Canada however we can also arrange for hosting through local servers if preferred.

5. Can you help me register a domain name for my business?
Certainly! We charge $50 per year for virtual domain name registration (e.g., www.MyBusiness.com).

6. Do I get an email address included with my website?
Yes, you will be provided with unlimited email forwarding with your domain (e.g., Sales@MyBusiness.com, Info@MyBusiness.com, etc.)

7. Will you register my website with the search engines?
Yes, we will optimize your website for the World-Wide Web and register it with all the major search engines for a $200 fee.

8. How secure is my website?
Our Internet Service Providers (ISPs) provide the most up-to-date security available.

9. Are there any Set-Up fees or other charges I should be aware of?
eCayman does not charge any set-up fees. Advanced websites that include eCommerce, database integration and custom programming have additional charges that will be quoted on a per-project basis.

10. When do I have to pay?
We require a deposit prior to work commencing with the balance due within 30 days of the end of the project. Ask about our interest-free, flexible payment terms!
